AND IN THE MATTER OF an appeal to the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) by Gary and Karen Pollack and Mark and Samira Gancevich under section 54 of the Drainage Act with respect to the Bruce Beach Municipal Drain, Phase 1 in the Township of Huron-Kinloss.

TRIBUNAL ORDER
[1] The hearing of these appeals is adjourned to March 23 and March 24, 2022, to allow for proper service of the Notice of Electronic Hearing on those persons assessed in the Drainage Report, who have been made parties to the hearing by order of the Tribunal dated January 18, 2022.
[2] The Clerk of the Township shall serve a copy of the Amended Notice of Electronic Hearing, together with a copy of this order, on the appellants and all persons added as parties by Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs the order of January 18, 2022, by mailing the said documents to them by regular prepaid
mail on Monday, March 7, 2022.
[3] The said documents shall be deemed to have been served on Monday, March 14, 2022, and the time for service is shortened accordingly, pursuant to Rule 5.03.
[4] On March 7, 2022, or as soon thereafter as possible, the Clerk shall cause a copy of the Amended Notice of Electronic Hearing and this order to be posted on the municipality’s website.
